The National Superintendence of Public Registries (Sunarp) will provide technical support in the process of physical sanitation, titling and registration of 135,000 rural properties and the formalization of 17 rural communities, programmed by the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri), in the 13 provinces of the Cajamarca region, during the years 2022 and 2023.
The national superintendent, Dr. Luis Longaray Chau, reported that Sunarp will provide all the facilities so that this great desire of our farmers becomes a reality; and that is why the governing body of the National System of Public Registries has been coordinating with said ministerial portfolio the preparation of a Work Plan to speed up the formalization of rural properties in this region.
He explained that both institutions will establish an intervention strategy that will allow them to meet the titling goals estimated within the framework of the Third Stage Rural Land Cadastre, Titling and Registry Project (PTRT3 Project) of Midagri, which has planned granting 67,000 property titles in the Cajamarca region this year.

In this sense, he informed that Sunarp and Midagri will sign a specific agreement for this purpose and will make available the capacities and specializations of their teams of professionals and technicians, for the development of sanitation, formalization and registration procedures with public registries. of rural properties in Cajamarca.
