“Sex Island”, the controversial event that offers “unlimited sex and alcohol” for four days, returned this weekend after several years without being held due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The price of the tickets is not exactly cheap: those interested in the weekend of lust that takes place from May 5 to 8 had to pay about 4,500 dollars, paid by transfer or with cryptocurrencies.
The company The Good Girl Company, which organizes the sexual event, assures that it is “the perfect dream of any man”.
The participants are fifty men who can each choose two women from a hundred prostitutes. In addition, there will be “sexual activities” that will include blackjack, horseback riding and a concert.
In announcing the event, the company says that “we are a company exclusively dedicated to entertainment for men”, but adds that it is “couples friendly, and you can definitely come with your husband/boyfriend/partner”.
Sex without condoms will be another of the peculiarities of this sexual party. “All our girls are in perfect health and have passed the relevant health checks to ensure that there can be no transmission of any sexual disease,” said the organizing company.
A promotional video shows women in bikinis with a man in a hot tub, a helicopter and on horseback. The participants are allegedly taken to a location kept secret in the state of Nevada.
Sex Island, a scam?
The Scam Detector site reports complaints from people who say they have been the victim of a scam. “Sex Island canceled the event just a day before it started without giving any explanation,” said the alleged victims, who never saw their money again.
Despite the rumours, everything is going ahead and in the New York Post, the head of the company stated that “sex vacations are legal and legitimate and we have all the permits for them to be held. There will be no cancellation and everyone who has bought their tickets will be able to participate.
Sex Island was conceived as an annual event that began to be held in 2017. The first edition was supposed to take place in Colombia, but the authorities of the South American country complained and, finally, it was moved to another place.
According to the New York Post, a New Yorker who was at the 2017 event recounted that “almost all the kids were professionals, healthy people who didn’t use drugs and professionals from important sectors between the ages of 25 and 50. There was only one couple among all the attendees.”
“Every morning, the organization urged us to choose two girls with whom we would spend the whole day. The next day, we had to change. There were workers from Silicon Valley who had never seen anything like this in their lives, two famous Canadian pop singers. It was crazy,” said the New York dentist, married and father of two children, who told his wife that he was leaving for a “work trip” for a few days.
As he said, exchanges of women were allowed if you agreed with other guests: “There were people who barely slept for four days to make the most of their time. I don’t know how they could hold out. It was a real blast” she affirmed.
