Judge dictates measures of coercion to man who killed a dog and injured another

Regarding the case, the Public Ministry explained that it happened on April 14, 2022, around 5:30 in the afternoon, on the main street of the Santo Cerro section when the domesticated canines named Lilo (chihuahua) and Hunter (mixed-race), were in front of their owners’ house.
