The Specialized Unit in Punishable Acts against Children and Adolescents, in charge of the prosecutor Vivian Coronel, filed an accusation against a young man who would have sexually abused his 13-year-old cousin. The accused is being held at the headquarters of the Police Directorate, in charge of the Court of Guarantees.
The data indicates that the crime occurred on May 2, at approximately 9:00 am, in a soy field in the Minga Guazú area. On the occasion, allegedly the 19-year-old accused would have groped her cousin and then tried to sexually subjugate her by force, according to the prosecutor’s brief.
