The president of the People’s Force (FP), Leonel Fernandezaffirmed yesterday that the Government has a managerial crisis, due to its inability to establish a link between planning, budgeting, coordination and execution.
Fernández indicated that he finds this interesting, because it is a crisis that results from the authorities’ own confession.
He pointed out that he was surprised when he read what appears on the website of the General Directorate of Budgetwhere the Government recognizes that one of its weaknesses is not being able to link planning, budget, coordination and execution.
“In addition to economic crisis, social crisis, in the Dominican Republic, we have a managerial crisis, which aggravates everything else,” said Fernandez.
A note indicates that the political leader spoke when swearing in the former member of the PLD Central Committee Leonardo Grisanty and dozens of expeledists.
“If a government cannot establish a planning relationship, what it costs to do it, coordinate it and execute it, it means that the government does not exist. The government has confessed that it does not exist,” said the former president.
