UJC official Nislay Molina Napoles is included in the list of Cuban repressors

Nislay Molina Nápoles

MIAMI, United States. – The Foundation for Human Rights in Cuba (FDHC) included in its list of repressors Nislay Molina Napoles, official of the Union of Young Communists (UJC).

Molina, Ideologist of the National Committee of the UJC, was the one who informed the journalist Armando Franco Senén of his dismissal as director of the magazine Alma mater last April 26. The event was described by Franco Senén himself, who, after two weeks of silence, recounted in his profile on Facebook everything that happened around his dismissal.

“We should have thrown you out a long time ago, there is nothing else to talk about, we are doing you the favor of freeing you. You can do what you want, it’s our decision,” Molina told the journalist at an Extraordinary Board of Directors in which Asael Alonso Tirado (director of Editora Abril) was also present.

“They informed me that, by decision of the UJC Cadres Commission, he had been released,” revealed Franco Senén.

The former director of Alma Mater made it clear in his publication that, during the exchange on April 26, the UJC official interrupted him on several occasions with criteria that he described as “rude.”

A native of Camagüey, Nislay Molina Napoles is a member of the National Bureau of the UJC and has extensive experience within the chain of command of that organization.

Nislay Molina, “white collar” repressor

Due to her activities and influence within the UJC, Molina Napoles has been listed as a “white collar” repressor.

The FDHC points out that the objective of identifying repressors in Cuba is “to stop, reduce and eradicate violence and arbitrariness for political, economic, social, cultural, creed, race or sexual orientation reasons and thus contribute to facilitating coexistence in the Future Cuba”.

The FHRC is a non-profit organization with the United States. It was created in 1992 with the aim of promoting the non-violent transition to a democratic Cuba”.
