Tech giant Google announced that its translator tool will be revamped and will add some 24 more languages to the system. One of the languages to be included is Guaraní, used by nearly seven million people from Paraguay, Bolivia, Argentina and Brazil.
The other indigenous languages to be added are Quechua, used by around 10 million people in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and neighboring countries; Aymara, used by about two million people in Bolivia, Chile and Peru.
In addition, Krio, English from West Africa, used by some four million people in Sierra Leone, was also added.
