The board of directors of Twitter unanimously accepted the controversial tycoon’s proposal Elon Musk. For a total amount of around 44 billion dollars, not bad for a company barely 16 years old, Musk tries to acquire the Actions of the company and keep it out of the market, without said Actions are publicly sold.
In principle, it would be desirable for successful companies to sell their Actions publicly, in order to broaden the possibilities open to investors, and increase the population’s access to ownership of capital resources. Musk himself is a regular user of Twitterhas more than 80 million followers, and has been penalized once for a tweet about the Tesla company that lowered the price of Actions of that company. He claims to want Twitter develop its extraordinary potential, and that you are not interested in making money with it. In that regard, he says that he is already rich enough.
