According to the firm, its model is based on helping people to facilitate real estate operations in a 360-degree process, that is:

- Searching for a new client.
- The placement of the asset within a maximum period of six months.
- The negotiation with the banks to close a new mortgage.
- The financing for the down payment of the new home.
- The corresponding move.
“Suddenly we find ourselves involved in various situations such as the change of employment and the need to move to another area, the arrival of a new member and the search for other types of spaces or a succession process by inheritance. It is at that moment, when the owners do not find a way out of how to place their property in the short term, without sacrificing the price; how to deal with the paperwork and also the lack of liquidity: That is where our management begins, “explains Eduardo Restrepo, co-founder of the proptech firm .
According to data from the firm, in Mexico the sale of a property it requires an average of 10 months and if you want to shorten the time, this could lead to a lower value of the property, in addition to other factors such as notary fees, appraisals or even deeds.
For Acasa this process should not be complicated, because by signing you visit the property to sell; After 48 hours of the visit, an offer is issued through an appraisal and if the client agrees with the proposal, a promise of sale is made for a maximum period of six months.
“During this time, the pertinent management is carried out to negotiate with the bank in case of requiring a liquidation of the current mortgage, the search and acquisition of a new property begins, and the resources for the down payment of the new house are provided” , highlighted the firm.
Currently, Acasa focuses on people between 30 and 60 years old with estate own, located in Mexico City, whose costs range between 3 million and 6 million pesos. The firm is looking for apartments that are less than 30 years old, that are located in neighborhoods such as Narvarte, Condesa, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Anzures and Roma.
