The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) approved the monthly annual schedule for the payment of salaries and pensions in the Public Administration that will be applied during fiscal year 2022.
Through vice-ministerial resolution 004-2021-EF/52.01, published in the newspaper El Peruano, the payment of pensions corresponding to Decree Law (DL) 19990, financed from the budget of the Pension Normalization Office (ONP), was also authorized.
In the recitals of the norm, it is stated that the approval of the aforementioned payment schedule is intended to contribute to greater effectiveness in the fulfillment of the obligations of the State, by the executing units of the national government and regional governments, as well as as well as better care in this regard for workers and pensioners in the public sector.

It is worth mentioning that the details of the aforementioned resolution and schedule can be seen in the following annexes:
to) Annex 01: schedule of annual monthly payments of remunerations for the fiscal year 2022, in charge of the Executing Units of the Bid Specifications of the National Government and Regional Governments.
b) Annex 02: Monthly annual pension payment schedule (DL 20530) for fiscal year 2022, in charge of the executing units of the specifications of the national government and regional governments.
c) Annex 03: schedule of annual monthly pension payments (DL 19990) for fiscal year 2022, in charge of the ONP.
CAS, Secigra, Serums and tips
It is established that the schedule of annex 01 includes the payments of personnel under the Administrative Service Contract (CAS) modality, as well as other periodic and non-remunerated payments such as the Stipend for Civil Service of Graduates (Secigra) and Rural and Urban Service. Marginal in Health (Serums), tips for practitioners, cheerleaders, literacy teachers and students of military and police schools, among others of a similar nature.
It is established that the obligations related to the bonus for schooling and the bonuses for National Holidays and Christmas are met in accordance with the annexes of the aforementioned schedule, in the corresponding months.

CTS, gratuities and compensation
It is determined that the attention of other obligations related to the concepts of payment of remunerations and/or pensions, such as Compensation for Time of Service (CTS), bonuses (Labor Regime 728), compensation or similar, is made on the dates or opportunity that indicates the applicable legislation.
It is provided that those executing units that have personnel from the Labor Regime of DL 728 can make the payment of the concepts of remunerations and bonuses for July and December in a single spreadsheet, on the date on which said concepts correspond.
