The fourteenth and last day of the first phase of the Professional Football League Cup ended this Monday with three games that did not generate and could not generate changes in the classification for the quarterfinals, defined since Sunday.

Central Córdoba and Lanús tied this Monday 3-3 in a duel that faced two teams that were at the bottom of Zone B. Both finished this phase with 15 points, one more than the bottom Rosario Central, who was fourteenth with 14. In addition, Vélez closed the season with joy by beating Colón 1-2. Vélez was sixth with 18 points, two from the qualifying zone, and Colón ninth with 16.

In Zone A, Banfield and Atlético Tucumán drew 1-1. With this result, Banfield left the bottom of the classification and reached eleventh position with eleven points. El Drill, meanwhile, was eighth with 19.

In Zone A, Racing Club (30 points), River Plate (29), Defense and Justice (25 and +7 goals) and Argentinos Juniors (25+5) qualified. Estudiantes de La Plata (28), Boca Juniors (27), Tigre (20 and +5 goal difference) and Aldosivi (20 and +1) are classified from Zone B.

On Tuesday, Racing Club will face Aldosivi and Boca Juniors will face Defense and Justice. On Wednesday, Estudiantes de La Plata will face Argentinos Juniors and River Plate will face Tigre.
