A judge of Permanent Attention of the National District imposed three months of preventive detention on three men for their alleged involvement in a robbery of a stock truck in a commercial square of the National District.
The judge who heard the case, Magistrate Francisco Rodríguez Consoró, imposed the measure of coercion on the defendants Eder Wilmore Benjamín, José Manuel Torres and Henry Tapia García, who must be imprisoned in La Victoria.
According to the National Police, Wilmore Benjamín and José Manuel Torres would have admitted their participation in the robbery of April 11 at stock truck of the company Brinks Cash Solutions, SA Not all of what was stolen has been clarified.
The accused allegedly took advantage of the fact that the truck was parked in the ramp area (loading and unloading) of the shopping mall to steal the money.
The Police say that the defendants did not exercise violence, as there are indications that the vehicle was open.
The defendants, according to the file, seized two vehicles, a motorcycle, a tire truck and the sum of 2,578,600 pesos.
The Police reported that there is a fourth person involved in the case who is still at large and who has not been identified so as not to obstruct the investigation.
Revision
The coercive measures of these defendants will be reviewed on August 9 by the Sixth Investigating Court of the National District, as reported at the hearing.
