All people who reside and sleep in collective housing four days or more a week, as interns, internees, guests and who do not usually return to their home, will be counted, as reported through a statement from the National Institute of Statistics and Census (Indec).
“When a census taker appears, the person responsible for the collective housing can provide the data of its members or make contact with the residents so that they answer the questionnaire themselves,” they explained in the text.
