Sada Cruzeiro beats Minas and is champion of the Men's Volleyball Superliga

Sada Cruzeiro made 3 sets to 0 at Minas (partial 25-20, 36-34 and 25-20) this morning Sunday (8) at the Sabiazinho gym in Uberlândia. With the result, the celestial team closed the final series with two wins to one and won the Men’s Superliga title for the seventh time. Sada Cruzeiro beats Minas and is champion of the Men's Volleyball Superliga

During the tournament, the champion played 29 matches, winning 26. The achievement was the Thursday of the club this season 2021-2022 (Superliga, Mundial, Supercopa, Mineiro and Sud-Americano). Now, the two teams are tied as the biggest winners of the main tournament of the modality in the country. Minas was three-time champion between 1984 and 1985 (when the tournament was still called Campeonato Brasileiro), between the 1999-2000 and 2001-2002 seasons and took the cup in the 2006-2007 tournament (already as Superliga). Sada Cruzeiro has the 2011-2012 and 2021-2022 titles and the sequence of the 2013-2014 and 2017-2018 seasons.
