“There are 25,000 homes that were affected, families that were affected by the earthquake, that were not attended to by the previous government, and that touched us from the census to the delivery, from homes in Iztapalapa, Tláhuac, Xochimilco, to homes in Benito Juarez,” he said.
Sheinbaum added that around 8,000 million pesos have been invested in the Reconstruction Program for the construction and reconstruction of houses or apartments.
For his part, Anselmo Peña, director of INVI, pointed out that 24 million pesos were invested in Martin Carrera’s housing project, the cost per house was 463,000 pesos, a price considered “non-existent” in the real estate market.
