Experts from the Prosecutor’s Office collected evidence from the school where the abuse of a child took place

More than 200 women with their respective families received medical care in Bañado Sur, through the Ciudad Mujer Móvil service.

A total of 571 services were provided by Ciudad Mujer Móvil in the Bañado Norte of Asunción, according to the Ministry of Women.

The services included: vaccination against COVID-19; PAP; medical consultation; ultrasound; registration and birth certificate; identity card; credit offers; legal guidance for court cases, as well as talks on violence prevention and trafficking; legal advice and psychological counseling for children and entrepreneurship among others.

Ciudad Mujer has its only fixed headquarters in Villa Elisa, where it offers sexual and reproductive health services, support for employment and to start or improve their own businesses, as well as advice, support and assistance in any case of violence against women.

However, weekly the cell phone travels through different neighborhoods and cities, to which it transfers all this attention, mainly to low-income populations with difficult access to health coverage.
