The president of the National Board for Firefighters of Peru, Arturo Woodman Pollit, arrived in the city of Huancavelica to promote a contest in which the men in red will participate.

“I come to encourage them to participate in a contest that we have organized, they will have prizes and at the same time, if there is a considerable number, the patronage will take on more force in the country and will be able to support firefighters more, their participation is very important” Woodman Pollit said.
He added: “In Huancavelica there are three fire companies, and hopefully some of them can win. It is the first time that there is an initiative to win and we make a contest that encourages them and thus we can be good partners with you and give you larger budgets and get support for the different companies”.
Members of the three companies that make up the Departmental Command can participate in the region, including Churcampa No. 206; Alberto Benavides from Quintana de Lircay No. 179 and the same Huancavelica No. 56
Finally, he urged the men in red to be able to participate, since among the prizes is a trip abroad; a truck and others.
