Lorenzo and Maldonado agree that they are “blindfolded” and the result of improvisation by the government of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), since it assumed the reins of the State.

Yesterday, the Government announced the implementation of several measures contemplated in the police reform plan, to guarantee the physical integrity and human rights of those arrested by the Police.
