The Public Ministry charged the three adolescents who physically assaulted a young woman with Down syndrome in the sports field of Colegio Los Angelitos, located in the Raúl Leoni sector of Maracaibo, Zulia state.
The information was released by the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR), Tarek William Saab, through his Twitter account. “Prosecutor’s Office 31 in Matters of Criminal Responsibility of Adolescents of the Zulia Public Ministry: charged 3 adolescents JCCF, RAFE and EPZG, for #Instigators in the crime Personal injuries that occurred in the El Angelito Francisco de Miranda neighborhood sports field.”
The young women were accused of instigating the crime of personal injury, reported the FGR.
Recently, the Ninth Prosecutor of Bolívar charged the adolescent Carlos Eduardo Rodríguez with the crime of personal injury due to the facts related to harassment and school violence that occurred at Loyola School.
