Two children died when a grenade exploded in the patio of the house where they lived, located in the El Maco de la Cruz sector, Maturín (Monagas), according to police sources.
This event occurred on Thursday afternoon when the two little brothers, ages 3 and 4, were playing. Suddenly the explosive device exploded killing the creatures.
The Public Ministry opened an investigation to clarify the fact.
