This Wednesday morning we talked on Radio Panama about driver education, rights and duties in cycling with Lianna Licona, who is coordinator of the Recreovía of the Mayor’s Office of Panama and director of the Mónica Licona foundation.

He expressed that to be aware of this, more than a talk is needed, for which he considered that driver education should be implemented in schools, “so that children have a notion that when they go out into the streets they are not the kings of the road. via”.

He specified that we all have the right to share the road, as long as we follow the duties and rights of each person. “The most important thing when we’re on a road is to pay attention,” Licona said.
