Prosecutor Gladys Torales, in conversation with 780 AM, stated that these people first stopped a truck with the aim of stealing the merchandise it was transporting, but when they checked the cargo they realized that it was not the correct vehicle.
Later, they proceeded to assault a truck that was coming behind. The cargo they were looking for was electronics products.
“Apparently they did not take anything, they fled on foot to a wooded area,” said prosecutor Torales.
