The OCMA Judiciary Control Office of the Judicial Power, presided over by the supreme judge Mariem de La Rosa Bedriñana, proposed before the National Board of Justice (JNJ) a new dismissal against the former president of the Superior Court of Justice of Callao Walter Ríos Montalvo, implicated in the Los Necks Case Port Whites.
He also filed another against the magistrate Ana Patricia Bouanchi Ariasjudge of the Sixth Civil Court of the same court, for serious accredited faults that demonstrate a lack of suitability for the position.
In the case of Montalvo Riversit has been proven that, in his capacity as president of that court, he showed interest in four files that were being processed in the court he presided over, contacting a citizen to follow up on four judicial files.

In this way he intervened so that his procedure is favorable to the part that was of his interest. This investigation is related to the actions of Judge Bounachi Arias, who coordinated and agreed with Ríos Montalvo so that during the vacation period of February 2018, “preferentially and exclusively attend to a judicial file”.
Said document was not among the urgent processes that had to be processed at this time. The magistrate herself developed this work from the first day she took charge of the process, until the last day she was in charge of it.
The judge in question, in a single month, required the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) to pay 242 million 601 thousand 058.98 dollars in favor of a plaintiff under penalty of a fine, declared inadmissible the extension of the term requested by said sector and inadmissible the appeal filed against this last decision.
In this context, the head of the OCMA issued a precautionary measure of preventive suspension against those involved, so that they cannot hold any position in the Judiciary until the corresponding instance definitively resolves their legal situations.
