Madrid Spain.- A hospital doctor Surgical Clinical University “Comandante Manuel Fajardo”, in Havanawas denounced by several users on social networks for beating a dog with a stick.
“Look, hitting a dog with a stick, a doctor, what example is that? (…) Look how he left her lying on the floor ”, the neighbors are heard saying.
In one of the shared videos, the doctor was identified as Rafael Ezequiel Palmero, a breast specialist at said hospital.
Marco Aurelio Álvarez Diéguez, who was among the people who witnessed the moment in which the doctor mistreated the animal, said from his profile on Facebook that Ezequiel Palmero was fined after the national police went to the place.
In a later publication, Álvarez Diéguez reported that the dog had been treated at the Carlos III Veterinary Clinic.
“Here is the dog. They injected it into Carlos III. He does not have a fracture but they can see the ball in his head, ”said the user.
