The Chamber of Deputies will deal tomorrow with the bill “by which any foreign legal entity dedicated to the commercialization of hydrocarbons for the provision of fuels and biofuels is exempted from compliance with the provisions set forth in Laws No. 2,051/ 2003 and 6,355/2019, and its amendment”.
The document seeks to eliminate intermediaries in the purchasing process of the state oil company, in order to reduce costs and, subsequently, sales prices.
Derlis Maidana, national deputy for “Honor Colorado”, told 730 AM that his bench is not managed by truckers. He stressed that they were the ones who opposed the indebtedness for the payment of subsidies to private service stations.
“Their practices are extortive. They put any project through the Senate because they know they are going to approve it, but they know that the Deputies will not do what they want”, he affirmed.
He pointed out that he is unaware of Pedro Alliana’s motivations for including said bill as the first item on the Agenda in the Chamber of Deputies.
