The Central Bank ordered that, due to the fact that the Income Reinforcement bond to be delivered by the ANSES (National Social Security Administration) is of a food nature, banks will not be able to make discounts on the contribution, nor in operations with the entity or with third parties.
This means that, to the benefit of the ANSES, you may not be charged loan fees granted or without discount codes. to the bonus it gives the federal entity Charges or commissions for services should not be added to the account that have been contracted by the beneficiary.
The Income Reinforcement bonus will be allocated to retirees and pensioners who receive minimum wages from the ANSES. Many have already received the 12,000 pesos of the benefit that must be disbursed according to their usual payment schedule.
The instructions of the Central Bank indicate that the banks will have to arbitrate the means so that no type of discount is made and eventually they will have to make the immediate refund of the amounts that could be deducted due to automatic debits.
The Government asks to carry out preventive actions in order to facilitate the process of opening free accounts for the beneficiaries of ANSES who do not have an account opened in their name in which future benefits can be deposited.

The Central Bank indicated to the banks that pay benefits ordered by the autonomous institution that notify the customer linkage mechanisms in person for interested persons.
