Demonstrations this Thursday: concentration points

The workers’ unions announced that this Sunday May 1 They will carry out some demonstrations in different cities of the country. The reason is the commemoration of Labor Day.

According to Francisco Maltés, national president of the Unitary Central of Workers, CUT, it was agreed that “the great mobilization is on May 1, to put the labor problems that Colombia has today at the center of the discussion“.

The police announced that there will be accompaniment to demonstrations.

CONCENTRATION POINTS

In Bogota the initial concentration point will be the National Park at 9:00 am. From there the demonstrators will move towards the Plaza de Bolívar.

In Medellin they were summoned in the Parque Obrero, in the central zone of this city. In the case of Cartagenawill take place at 8:30 am in the sector of the Four Winds and the Combat Coliseum.

In yopalthe inhabitants are going to concentrate in La Herradura Park from 8:30 am

By the side of Cucuta, the marches will begin at 8:00 am in Plaza Banderas. In Caquetá the marches leave from the San Francisco park starting at 9:00 am

In the case of Barranquilla The mobilizations will begin at 8:30 am in the Cuatro Vientos sector.
