They also recall, through a video, some of the achievements of the past Frente Amplio administrations, such as: fiber optics to the home, the submarine cable, the world-class data center, the Universal Hogares and the ANTEL Arena; and they assure that today, on the other hand, “there are no plans or projects.”
“ANTEL, which allowed the Ceibal Plan, tele-education, telemedicine, which helped the technological development of the software, audiovisual and video game industry, is today being emptied in favor of private competition,” the video indicates.

Likewise, it is stated that the ANTEL Arena, as a project that generates content and digital traffic, as a promoter of culture, sports, arts and shows, reactivating and improving areas of the city, “today is being attacked as a smokescreen to hide the low Internet quality, the hacking of the data center, and the absence of serious plans for the development of 5G ”.
In addition, they indicate that the Urgent Consideration Law (LUC) will make it lose 11% of its income and hand over part of the business to private parties.
