The installation act has an appointment at the Hotel Gran Meliá Caracas with the participation of political and governmental authorities, in addition to the directive of the feminist organization.
The motto of the Congress is «Women united against inequalities and violence. For the peace and health of the planet.
In general, it is estimated that more than 300 delegates discuss the human rights of women in all areas of social, economic and political life.
It will also make it possible to analyze the struggle of women against inequality at work, in health, in maternity protection and against capitalism.
