The La Vega Real Savings and Loans Association (Alaver) reported that its assets reached RD$11,775 million in the period January-December 2021, a growth of RD$307 million compared to the previous year.
The financial institution reported that its credit portfolio ended at RD$6,784 million, for a growth of RD$354 million, with a low delinquency indicator of only 1.56%, almost half of the delinquency of 2020, which was 2.77%.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alaver, Ruben Francisco Alvarezhighlighted the 100% compliance with the indicators and technical relationships applied by the firm PriceWaterHouseCoopersas well as the ratification of the risk rating A-, granted by Fitch Rattings.
“We want to put emphasis on what we consider to be the factors that most influenced the results of To see in 2021, such as the increase in financial income and the notable reduction in non-operating expenses, as a result of the decrease in provisions for past due portfolio”, highlighted Alvarez.

In the case of productive assets, which are made up of the net loan portfolio plus net investments in other entities, the increase was 72 million pesos, going from 9,918 million pesos in 2020 to 9,990 million pesos. to December 2021.
Deposits in savings and securities present a growth of 73 million pesosgoing from 8,976 million pesos in 2020 to 9,049 million pesos at the end of 2021.
As a result of the aforementioned results, the usefulness of To see reached 206 million pesos in 2021, which represents an increase of 89 million pesos, which translates into 76% compared to 2020, the entity reported.
