The Huancayo Benevolent Society (SBH), under pressure from the Comptroller General’s Office, had to deliver the documentation for the construction of the Hualaoyo annex cemetery. Until before the intervention of the controlling body, the institution refused to provide the information. Now each sheet must be scrutinized to find the alleged irregularities that would be committing in that work.
This project, valued at more than 11 million soles, was going to be started without the approval of the file in February of last year. The Comptroller’s Office had already warned that the Greater Quantity file did not have the approval of the Director of Administration and Finance, a necessary requirement, so that everything carried out was irregular.
Last Friday it was learned that the questioned director of the SBH, Walter Huachuhuillca, had ordered the delivery of everything. Likewise, he would have maintained that having assumed the position of chairman of the board of directors on the 12th and meeting with his officials on April 13 of the present, it was not possible to deliver days ago.

From the Comptroller’s Office, it was known that there will be special care with the documents to identify any attempt at falsification. Likewise, the officials know that the lawyer of the director of the SBH is the same one who defends the “Tyrant of the Center” Juan Carlos Quispe Ledesma, mayor of Huancayo. In addition, upon returning to the position at the MPH, Quispe Ledesma also replaced Walter Huachuhuillca as director of the SBH. This suspicious relationship is also a warning signal for the Comptroller.
