The Sex Crimes Prosecutor’s Office will request that DNA tests be carried out on at least three men who went to the National Party youth party where a 16-year-old girl reported being a victim of gang rape during the meeting.
So far the victim has already declared and so have some witnesses and party organizers. However, the data collected so far did not allow the authorities to determine who the perpetrators of the crime were.
The incident occurred on April 3 at a party organized by the youth of the National Party. It was an event to celebrate the victory of the “No” in the annulment referendum of 135 articles of the Law of Urgent Consideration.
At first it was said that at the celebration, which took place in the farm of substitute senator Sergio Delpino and was only for adults, there was a minor who had just had a seizure.
However, upon arrival at the site, the victim indicated that she had been sexually abused. According to the victim’s complaint, during her party she had consensual sexual relations with two young men. After this, she went to the bathroom and there two strangers approached her and sexually abused her. The minor said that she was drunk at the time of the events.
