After the evening rally with which she closed a day of work tour of the state, Sheinbaum was fired with the cry: “President! President!”, in cheers led by Luis Fernando Salazar, Morena’s delegate in Quintana Roo.
Lezama was supported in his campaign act by Sheinbaum and the Governor of Campeche, Layda Sansores San Román, as well as local and federal deputies.
Sheinbaum reported the day before that he requested a “license” to travel to Quintana Roo this Sunday and that is why he left Mexico City in charge of Undersecretary Martí Batres.
Meanwhile, the morenista candidate for the state government, Mara Lezama, said that Sheinbaum is synonymous with honest governments, that walk at ground level, and “can work for and for the people.”
That is why the massive rally also became an event to support Sheinbaum for the 2024 presidential elections and Lezama led the cheers: “Claudia, friend, Cancun is with you.”
