A chilling discovery was made by the authorities in different cities and regions of the country. A criminal structure that trafficked various species of exotic animals.
As reported by the National Police, they managed to intervene in a macabre business in which around a thousand species were saved from becoming pets, being killed, their parts sold or used to carry out «sexual potions«.
According to the report revealed by Noticias Caracol, «researchers discovered that, on occasions, the hunters killed the mothers to be able to steal their offspring and market them on social networks«.
Indicating that around 400 people made offers to acquire the animals that were published.
They specified that everything was discovered after one of the uniformed men infiltrated the lurid and illicit business.
“The tigrillos are bought by people who do have a strong economic mode, because they are not cheap at all (…) they are very beautiful when they are puppies, it is something that attracts a lot of attention, ”they specified in the middle.
They killed the mothers
Another of the details that the authorities revealed and generated great indignation is that many of the animals were extracted in the most violent way they could:

The traffickers sold many animals and the buyers used them to make sexual potions.
