Prouni: MEC extends deadline for information on pre-selected students

The Ministry of Education (MEC) has extended until April 20 the deadline for those pre-selected on the waiting list to prove the information provided at the time of registration in the selection process of the University for All Program (Prouni), edition of the first semester 2022. Previously, the deadline would end this Wednesday (13).Prouni: MEC extends deadline for information on pre-selected students

The deadline for the educational institutions participating in this edition to issue the grant document or not for the scholarship will be from April 22 to May 3.

Documentation

Documents to prove that the pre-selected person meets the Prouni criteria must be delivered to the institution for which the student was pre-selected. The times and place of attendance for checking the information, as well as if there is availability of an electronic channel that allows the submission of documentation by digital means, must be verified directly with the educational institution. Missing the deadline or not verifying the information will result in the candidate’s disapproval.

The educational institution must, mandatorily, deliver to the pre-selected the protocol of receipt of the requested documentation. The student should be aware of the requirement to deliver additional documents, if deemed necessary by the Prouni coordinator at the institution.
