The federal government authorized the creation of a new lottery modality called +Millionária. The contest will be held weekly and does not yet have a premiere date. The authorization to promote the new product was given to Caixa, the bank responsible for managing the federal lotteries, and published in an ordinance in the Official Gazette (DOU) today (18). The ordinance takes effect on May 2.
Unlike Mega Sena, +Millionaire will have two different matrices for each bet: the first, where the bettor can dial from 6 to 12 numbers, is called Matrix 1, and goes from 1 to 50. The second, called Matrix 2, ranges from 1 to 6 and must be filled in with two choices.
For the smallest possible combination of numbers, called a single bet, the player will pay R$6 per ticket. According to the Official Gazette, the first draw of +Millionária should offer at least R$ 10 million in prizes.
+Millionária will also offer the “stubborn” option, which automatically repeats the same tens during a certain number of draws.
