The director of the portal La Mañana Digital of Falcón state, Atilio Yánez, denounced that since dawn they have been victims of a cyber attack that does not allow users to access the website.
Through his Twitter account, Yánez reported that the portal suffers a DDoS attack or permission denial, because there are a multitude of IP addresses requesting to enter the page, which means that it slows down and, ultimately, go out of operation.

The NGO VE No Filter registered, from January to December 2021, the blocking of 59 websites that correspond to at least 68 blocked domains; of which 45 are to the media, eight to portals with political content, four to share multimedia content, three from human rights organizations, six pages with adult themes and two VPN platform domains.

They have also denounced a “extensive and sustained” policy that is maintained in Venezuela to restrict the exercise of citizens to their rights online and that mainly affects the media and information sites.
