Applications for the 3rd Non-Accept Corruption Award are open until May 2, whose objective is to encourage students, journalists and entrepreneurs in anti-corruption actions and projects.
Promoted by Instituto Não Aceito Corrupção (Inac), the award is divided into three categories: Academy (for students over 18 years of age, individually or in teams), Investigative Journalism (for professional journalists with published reports that address concepts and practical solutions related to corruption and its fight) and Companies (for companies that present descriptive case studies of good corporate governance practices).
According to the president of Inac, Roberto Livianu, who is also a criminal justice attorney for the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo, the award aims to improve the fight against corruption in Brazil through practical examples. According to him, one of the advantages of the award for the institute is to contribute to the intelligent fight against corruption by working so that the winning initiatives are reproduced in other spaces, showing that it pays to be upstanding and honest.
“For those who participate in the award, it represents an opportunity in their trajectory because being a finalist and winner of the award gives prominence and protagonism within the life story of each one. For the student, it can be a differentiator for important opportunities.
