“The downpour overflowed streams, caused damage to roads, there are landslides, loss of banking in various sectors and entire families that are cut off from communication. If we only talk about the two corregimientos for which we have information, they are more than four thousand people who are incommunicado and what is happening in the upper part remains to be known”, said Gerley Campo, councilor of the municipality of Suárez.
