During the 59th session of Ocad of Peace they were approved 6 projects in the departments of Boyacá, Sucre, Antioquia, Bolívar and Córdoba, for nearly $4,900 million, which will be co-financed with resources from the Incentive for Production of the General System of Royalties (SGR).

“For the department of Sucre, two projects were approved in the mining and energy sector. The first is the construction of connections and internal natural gas networks for the district of Puerto Viejo, in Santiago de Tolú, for $493 million, of which $471 million correspond to Production Incentive resources.”, highlighted the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
The second project is the delivery of subsidies for the rush installation, metering and internal gas network for networks for the populated centers of La Ventura and San Roque, in the municipality of San Benito Abad, for nearly $820 million, of which $633 million are Production Incentive resources.

In total, these two projects will benefit more than 22,700 users in the department of Sucre.
Likewise, two projects approved in the sector transport They will benefit 15,400 people, with an investment of close to $1,600 million. One of them is the paving of El Carmen street, in the municipality of San Martín de Loba (Bolívar), and the second is the rehabilitation of urban roads in the municipality of Socha (Boyacá).
“During the session, a project was also approved for the ecological rehabilitation of protective forests on the Colosina hill and gallery forests in the streams of the corregimientos of San Miguel, Santa Rosa and the village of El Recreo, in the municipality of San Carlos, department of Córdoba, which will benefit more than 2,500 people, with an investment of $288 million”, indicates the Ministry.
Finally, for the sector of agriculture and rural development, A project was approved for production and marketing of fish meat, through the intensive exploitation of red tilapia with culture technology of biofloc aquatic organisms.

In this project will be invested about $1,600 millions that will contribute to the economic and social reactivation of families dedicated to informal mining in the municipality of El Bagre (Antioquia).
