The lawyer and investigative journalist, Rodrigo Noriega, analyzed the situation of the Martinelli Linares brothers, after the New York prosecutors refused to advance the sentence of both.
He stressed that the advance reading of the sentence has as a message that the investigation period of the prosecutors be shortened.
