Of the 363 new cases, 189 are from Montevideo, 41 from Canelones, 24 from Cerro Largo, 21 from Colonia, 15 from Treinta y Tres, 10 from Maldonado, 9 from Rocha, 7 from Florida, 7 from Paysandú, 6 from Durazno, 6 from Soriano, 5 from Flores, 5 from Rivera, 4 from Lavalleja, 4 from Salto, 4 from San José, 3 from Río Negro, 2 from Artigas and 1 from Tacuarembó.
Since the health emergency was declared on March 13, 2020, 6,077,462 tests have been processed and 894,630 positive cases of Coronavirus have been registered throughout the national territory. Of that total, 884,306 have already recovered. Today, 3 deaths diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 were registered in our country. It is a 95-year-old man in cannelloni, another 80 in Montevideo and a 73-year-old woman, also from Montevideo.
So far there are 7,186 deaths diagnosed with COVID-19 in Uruguay.
There are currently 3,138 active cases, that is, people who are experiencing the disease, 29 of them are in critical care centers. Of the total confirmed positive cases, 20,174 correspond to health personnel. 20,039 of them have already recovered, 105 are suffering from the disease and 30 have died. To date, all departments register active cases.
