SANTIAGO.- The deputy of the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN), Juan Manuel Ventura, said that it is “inhuman” and generates outrage the complaint that money is being charged for registration in order to receive the services provided by the National Institute of Comprehensive Care to the First Childhood (INAIPI).
The member of the Central Committee of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) said that it is unacceptable that in that entity, responsible for managing the provision of quality comprehensive care services to boys and girls during Early Childhood, they are charging money to people humble.
“We are outraged by the news we have received that in a center of the INAIPI, specifically in San Cristobal, Economic fees would be charged to families of humble extracts for them to receive the services provided by the entity, “he said.
Ventura recalled that the National Institute for Comprehensive Early Childhood Care was created to help families living in vulnerable conditions, “so it is inhumane that money is being charged to people living in poverty.”
He called the executive director of the entity, Besaida Manola Santana de Baez, to investigate that complaint so that this situation is corrected as soon as possible and prevent this “inhuman practice” from continuing to occur in that center in San Cristóbal or in any other.
It understands that the origin of the creation of INAIPI should not be distorted, which is to manage the provision of comprehensive quality care services to boys and girls during early childhood, that is, from 0 to 5 years of age and their families.
“We understand that these cases escape the executive management of the INAIPI, that we know has the best wishes to continue improving the quality of life of each of its members”, he finally added.
