Paraguayan singer-songwriter Yeissi Conterno presents her new song “Corre, Corre”, which already has a video clip, available now on digital platforms.
The work corresponds to the country pop genre and is the second cut of his first
studio album, produced by the PBM Music record label.
“One’s own inspiration comes from a need to express what
people are leaving aside in the run so fast that it has the
lifetime. And I understand that one must run and be in movement so that
things happen and thus be able to move forward, but it seems to me that in that
way you have to prioritize things. That is to say: run, but in a way
lightly and not so fast, to the point of not missing the valuable things of
life”, explanation of the artist on this subject.
For this theme he worked together with the singer-songwriter and artistic producer Pablo Benegas and the musical production of the maestro Sergio Cuquejo.
The recording was made in studios in Asunción and Miami (United States).

Camilo Velandia. Mixing was done in Asuncion by Sergio Cuquejo and mastered in Miami by Grammy winner Boris Milan.

A native of Santa Fe, Hernandarias (Alto Paraná), Yeissi is the fourth of
five brothers. From a very young age, and with the support of his parents, he embraced his passion for music in different genres, from folklore to pop, with a particular talent for writing.

In 2013 she was summoned for the recording of an album by the Band of Musicians of the National Police of Paraguay, where she performed the songs Chiricoe and Párajo Choguy.

National Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of maestro Sergio Cuquejo, at the Municipal Theater of Asunción.
He also collaborated with Luigi Manzoni, Iván Zavala, Dani Meza, José Gaona, Susana
Saldívar, Carlos Allou, Los Hermanos Acuña, Oscar Ojeda and Las Hermanas Gómez de Villarrica, among others.
She was the winner of the Festilibre de Santa Rosa del Monday singing festival
2011, and participated in the 2019 Lake Festival and television shows
such as ‘Camino al Éxito’ and ‘Tu Canción’. In 2021, she won the title of runner-up in the television contest ‘Canta Conmigo Paraguay’.
He continued his studies at the National Conservatory of Music. She is a folk dancer and was a beauty queen with the title of
Miss Teen Universe Paraguay 2017. With this crown she was recognized as Miss Teen Sympathy in Nicaragua, in 2018. She was named Outstanding Woman of the X Alto Paraná Department and is a member of the Santa Fé del Paraná Volunteer Fire Department.
Her first song “Árboles Camuflados” debuted in 2019, when Yeissi was only 19 years old. It invites reflection on the presence and absence
of people who are more aware of social networks than of
your offline life interactions and relationships.
After a break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the interpreter is working on the creation and
recording of his first album, which is expected to be released in 2022.
