Santo Domingo.- The Ministry of Public Health reported this Saturday 47 new cases of coronavirus, 121 active cases and an accumulated positivity that stands at 0.82%.
In the last 24 hours, no deaths from the virus were reported. The country reports 4,375 deaths in total and a fatality rate of 0.76%.
Of 2,202 tests of COVID-19, 1,495 were performed for the first time and 707 for follow-up.

As detailed in bulletin number 751, the Dominican Republic has carried out a total of 3,247,359 samples of COVID-19.
Hospital occupancy due to coronavirus stood at 2% with 59 occupied beds out of 2,373. While of the 585 intended for intensive care units (ICU), only 20 are occupied for 3%.
While connected to ventilators, only 10 patients are found for 2%.
