The Government Innovation Authority (AIG) announced that they applied new security measures on the Vale Digital and Beca Digital platforms.
“If you receive the following message: Invalid PIN, you must carry out the PIN creation process,” explained the entity.
According to the AIG, if you have any problem entering the system, you should contact the 311 Citizen Service Center.
