Tardencilla thunders against the OAS, the US and Europe in her diplomatic debut

Nicaragua’s new ambassador to the Organization of American States (OAS), Orlando Tardencilla, dedicated his presentation of credentials to virulently attacking the United States, Europe and the same continental organization in the presentation of his credentials that make him official as the new emissary of the Nicaraguan dictatorship.

With a language full of pejoratives, hatred and attacks against the organization and democratic countries, in the best style of the spokeswoman for the regime, Tardencilla has already been installed as the permanent representative of Nicaragua before the OAS to continue defending the dictatorial couple made up of Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo.

“The OAS lent and mortgaged its nature as an organ of American integration expression to become a complacent instrument that justified, promoted, and even carried out infamous acts against various peoples of our continent, thus moving away from its main task of being an organization that respects and respect the principles of international law, mainly sovereign equality, independence, and self-determination,” Tardencilla told OAS Secretary General Luis Almagro.

This organization was unofficially failing to apply its own founding rule, becoming a sad instrument of aggression by the U.S. government, who converted it into what would be known as US Department of Colonies. Gone to his own shame are his first article, which expressly highlights, the Organization of American States has no powers other than those expressly conferred by this letter, none of whose provisions authorizes it to intervene in matters of the internal jurisdiction of the Member States,” he continued.

Claim for sanctions

The dictator’s emissary complained in his speech about the sanctions that the United States and the European Union have imposed on a series of government officials, accused of undermining democracy and supporting the gradual deterioration of the rule of law in the Central American country.

«From 2018 to the present day, defeating its new army of media, networks, roadblocks, violent assassins and templated groups in US government agencies, relying on the complicity of puppet governments in Europe and Latin America, imposing sanctions , blockades and multiple extortion measures, unilaterally,” he said.

“Today we are here, to reiterate, that we uphold our independence and Jurisdictional Sovereignty to which we are entitled, we reinforce and apply our Legislative sovereignty with our constitutional bodies,” he added.

Tardencilla stated that the freedom of the Nicaraguan people “is not compromised” and that the country is not “the star of any flag”, alluding to the US flag, Nicaragua’s main trading partner.

Presentation of Tardencilla was by “obligation”

The dictatorship clarified, through its ambassador, that the presentation of the credentials was part of “fulfillment of the manifest responsibility, as a State and Government that complies with the obligations derived from its signed commitments”, although they have denounced the Democratic Charter of the organization and are in his process of leaving the OAS.

«In the face of the cunning and perverse media management, which due to its quantity, viciousness, financing, coverage and even justification, our voice has always been raised, with the dignity, decorum and civic conscience, that the Nicaraguan people is the perfect judge of the acts of Nicaraguans,” he assured.
