Lamorte presented a bill to streamline administrative procedures before public entities

Deputy Arch. Aldo Lamorte presented a bill to streamline administrative procedures before public entities. “Do not ask the State for what it already has,” the legislator summarized this Wednesday in the Chamber of Deputies, referring to the initiative. The project consists of four articles that we reproduce below: »

BILL

ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES WITH PUBLIC ENTITIES

Article 1.- Public entities must simplify administrative procedures, through the adoption of rationalization and optimization measures that allow greater efficiency in public management and better service to people.

Article 2.- For the purposes of the provisions of the previous article, all administrative procedures promoted ex officio or by a person, natural or legal, before any public entity are considered included.

Article 3.- People must not submit personal information to public entities that another state entity must possess about it. The information will be requested and delivered between the public entities, and an adequate procedure must be generated for these purposes that implies the greatest efficiency and speed to obtain it.

Article 4.- Public entities are prohibited from requesting information that is known or presumed to be verified within the State.
