The sanctioned law makes a reservation to protect the interest of third parties in good faith, such as rental companies or owners of stolen cars to be used by drug dealers. In such cases, the refund will be guaranteed.
The original bill was authored by Deputy Subtenant Gonzaga (PDT-MG), and changes the law that created the National System of Public Policies on Drugs (Sisnad). The approved version is a substitute that had been proposed and approved during the course of the matter in the Senate.
