The National Party issued a communicated to the publicafter the event that shook her internal, after the denunciation of a violation to a militant.
What happened took place in a farm for parties and events, specifically in the western area of Montevideo, called “Saint Francis Farm”. The complainant is a 16-year-old girl, and the party belonged to the party’s collectivity. The reason was to carry out celebrations for the triumph of the “NO” at the polls for the referendum of the luc.
Likewise, it is stated that the president of the Board of Directors of the National Party, Pablo Iturralde, “communicated with the acting representatives of the Justice and with the Court Prosecutor, to make available the list of participants and all information necessary to clarify the acts”.
Through a document, the National Party expressed that it will have zero tolerance for situations that determine that a member of this honorable currency violates the integrity of a person, with special attention to women, adolescents, boys and girls.
